As Director of Partnerships, Tian Pei is tasked to deliver on a compelling vision of Roblox for brands, with a focus on sports. She envisions a future where Roblox will be central to building fandom, mobilising communities, and harmoniously bridging the physical and virtual worlds for brands to engage their key demographics. To bring this vision to life, she’s collaborating with the world’s best brands on innovative activations and enabling them to create a presence on Roblox. Prior to Roblox, Pei worked at Unity Technologies, most recently as the Director and General Manager of the company’s sports vertical where she focused on leveraging real-time 3D technologies to transform sports consumption and commercialisation. She also held positions in Unity’s Media & Entertainment and Gaming divisions. Pei holds a bachelor’s degree at UC Berkeley and an MBA from Wharton at the University of Pennsylvania.
