Tarang Amin is the Chairman and CEO of e.l.f. Beauty, a position that he has held since 2014. A dynamic, passionate, and purpose-driven leader, he has been unlocking high performance within teams to drive growth for world-class consumer brands for over 30 years. After taking the company public (NYSE:ELF) in 2016, Amin has grown shareholder equity from $135 million to over $8 billion. Amin has also strategically expanded the business into a multi-brand portfolio that includes e.l.f. Cosmetics, e.l.f. Skin, Well People, Keys Soulcare and Naturium. Previously, Amin served as president, CEO, and director of Schiff Nutrition, and as vice president and general manager of The Clorox Company’s Litter, Food, and Charcoal businesses. He began his career in brand management at Procter & Gamble, after earning both his Bachelors in International Policy and Master of Business Administration from Duke University. Amin has been recognised in Fortune’s 100 Most Powerful People in Business, Barron’s Top CEOs of 2024, Fast Company’s Modern CEO of the Year and Thinkers 50 Leaders 50 list.
