Erica Wright is the founder and chief executive of Sourcewhere, the first global fashion sourcing marketplace, based in London. She launched the company in 2022, bringing technology and a marketplace model to a part of the luxury industry that had traditionally operated through private networks, personal relationships and one-to-one messaging. Sourcewhere connects luxury consumers with a network of professional sourcing experts, boutiques and collectors worldwide, using its proprietary technology, SOURCELIVE™, to match client demand with that network in real time and locate pieces across seasons, markets and geographies — from current-season sell-outs to archival finds. Available globally on iOS, Android and web, the business builds the infrastructure behind how hard-to-find fashion is accessed. Before founding Sourcewhere, Wright spent more than a decade in global communications at Net-a-Porter, Farfetch and Mytheresa.
