Kristi Weaver is a senior partner in McKinsey’s Chicago office, and leads McKinsey’s work in the Beauty group, where she advises consumer facing and retail organisations globally on topics such as industry disruption, long-range strategy, growth, M&A, transformation, cost improvement, and redesigning organisational and operating models. She also led McKinsey’s global consumer organisation work for many years and also previously led McKinsey’s work on M&A in the consumer sector.
