Through the unique designer network built through 1 Granary, Kuryshchuk is a leading expert in talent acquisition and development, scouting design talent and building holistic brand strategies that encompass design, production, communication, and marketing. She is also an associate lecturer at Central Saint Martins and a regular jury member at international design competitions.
