Kendra Bracken-Ferguson is founder and chief executive of BrainTrust, a global brand marketing firm and BrainTrust Founders Studio, a membership-based platform dedicated to Black founders of beauty and wellness companies. She also is a general partner in the adjacent BrainTrust Fund, committed to investing in breakthrough Black-founded beauty and wellness companies. Furthermore, Bracken-Ferguson is the co-founder and advisory board co-chair at BeautyUnited, a non-profit organisation with a mission to mobilise the collective power and influence of the beauty and wellness industry as a force for good. Among her firsts, Bracken-Ferguson is one of only 200 Black women to have raised more than $1MM in investment for her first company. Previously, Bracken-Ferguson was Vice President at Fleisham-Hillard New York, the first Director of Digital Media at Ralph Lauren and the first Chief Digital Officer at CAA-GBG (Creative Artists Agency - Global Brand Groups).
