Nour Tayara is the co-founder and chief executive of Aora Mexico, a plastic-free, clean and fully recyclable luxury makeup brand. Recognised in Mexico by Vogue, Forbes, Elle and more, Aora Mexico blends maximum colour with minimum waste, redefining sustainability in beauty. Born in Lebanon and having lived in Montréal, Paris, New York and now Mexico City, Tayara’s global perspective fuels his holistic approach to brand-building, merging vibrancy, colour and sustainability. Before Aora, he spent 13 years at L’Oréal as a brand and sustainability architect, earning through the Gjosa project, TIME100 Best Innovations of the Year for his role in driving the company’s green transformation in water conservation.
