Tracee Ellis Ross is the owner, founder and co-CEO of Pattern Beauty, the global multimillion-dollar brand she created for the curly-, coily- and tight-textured community in 2019. Pattern is sold at retailers including Ulta Beauty, Sephora, Nordstrom and Target, as well as Boots, Look Fantastic and Cult Beauty in the UK. Ross is an award-winning actress best known for her eight seasons on the ABC series “black-ish,” and was most recently seen in “Black Mirror” and the Academy Award-winning drama “American Fiction.”  Ross has received numerous accolades throughout her career including a Golden Globe Award and nine NAACP Image Awards.  She was recently honoured with the Trailblazer Award by 15 Percent Pledge and as a 2024 CNBC Changemaker.
