Laurence Semichon is the chief executive officer at Diptyque. Semichon has been CEO since 2024, having held senior vice president roles at the luxury candle and fragrance brand since first joining in 2019. Previously, Semichon worked at LVMH for almost two decades, beginning her career at Parfums Givenchy and most recently holding the position of fragrance director at Louis Vuitton. Semichon graduated from HEC Paris with a degree in Specialisation Marketing.
